Can i change or cancel my order once it's placed?
While we cannot guarantee we can change details of your order once it has been processed, should you need to make any urgent changes to your order, please call our online office on (02) 9519 4351 between 8:00am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday (AEST), or email firstname.lastname@example.org if outside business hours and we will attempt to assist where possible.
How long will my order take to process?
We endeavour to process all orders within 24-48 business hours, however we do ask for your patience during busy periods.

do you ship internationally?
how long does shipping take for australian orders?
Standard shipping can take between 2-7 days after dispatch, depending on your location. Express shipping can take between 1-3 business days after dispatch for most metropolitan areas. Customers outside this area can expect delivery within 2-4 business days.
do you offer same day dispatch?
Yes we do! Order before 1pm AEST time Monday-Friday for same day dispatch. Orders placed after this time or on weekends will be processed next business day, not including public holidays.
can you ship to a p.o. box?
If you are located within Australia we can ship to P.O. boxes, residential and business addresses. Unfortunately we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes for any customers outside of Australia.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEm?
To make a return, please download and complete the Return & Exchange form. Place your item(s) in a secure parcel along with your original invoice and completed form, and send it to the returns address via your local post office. WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
We offer a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date on all full price items. Items purchased on sale are eligible for an exchange only. Item(s) returned must be in their original condition, unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Please note, we unfortunately do not offer refunds on shipping or the cost of returning the item back to us.
HOW LONG WILL MY REFUND TAKE TO PROCESS?
Once your return has reached us, we aim to process your refund request within 48 business hours. Please allow up to 7 business days for funds to reach your account.

do you charge duties & taxes on international orders
If you live outside of Australia, you may be subject to international duties and/or taxes depending on your location. You will be notified of the cost by your local customs authority once your item(s) has reached your country. Unfortunately we are unable to calculate the cost prior to your item being shipped.
can i put pescription lenses into my banbé frames?
Yes! Most of our styles have removable lenses, giving you the option to interchange with a prescription lens if desired. Please see individual product descriptions to see which styles have this feature.

All Banbé sunglasses have 100% UV protection with a high sun glare reduction, that comply with all Australian and International standards.

To ensure your brand new sunglasses are well cared for, we provide every pair of Banbé sunglasses with a vegan case and microfibre cleaning cloth. We recommend using these regularly to ensure your frames are kept in good condition.

We regularly bring back top selling styles so should your preferred item happen to be sold out online, simply enter your email address within the appropriate field on the product page and click 'Notify Me'. Once the item is back in stock, you will receive an email notification to the email address provided.
