Our Shipping Policy

At Banbé, our team makes every effort to ensure your purchase gets to you quickly, safely and in the most cost effective way possible.
We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24-48 business hours, however we do ask for your patience during busy periods.
Your order will be packed and dispatched provided:

- The item you have chosen is in stock;
- The delivery address has been verified;
- Payment has been approved and received

Please note orders may be subjected to security checks from time to time, please note should this occur your order will not be dispatched until these checks have been completed.

  • Australian Shipping & Delivery
  • - FREE Standard Shipping Australia Wide on orders over $50 AUD (2-5 business days after dispatch)
  • - Express Shipping with Australia Post available for $9.95 AUD
  • - All Australian orders are sent with Australia Post within 48 business hours of ordering.
  • - Orders can be delivered to a PO Box, business or residential addresses. If you are not at home, your order will be left in a safe place on the property.

    Delivery Times
    - Standard Shipping can take 2-7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
    - Express Shipping & Next Day Delivery * - If you are located within the national Express Post Network (most metropolitan areas), this means delivery within 1-2 business days to most customers. Customers outside this network or in regional areas may need to wait 2-4 days for items to be delivered.
    - Delivery times do not include dispatch times.
    - Purchases made on weekends and public holidays are processed and shipped the following business day. Please allow an extra day to delivery times for each public holiday during these times.
    - Please note if you are placing your order with Afterpay or Paypal E-Cheque - your order will only be dispatched once the payment has cleared.
    - Once your order is dispatched you will receive your tracking number via your email entered at checkout after 5pm AEST.

International Shipping & Delivery

  • - $20 AUD flat rate for all orders via Express Post.
  • - All international orders are sent with Australia Post E-Parcel within 48 business hours of ordering.
  • - Once your order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking number via your email entered at checkout after 5pm AEST.
  • - Please note, we CANNOT send international orders to PO Box addresses.
    - If our country isn't listed please contact our customer service team to enquire if we can ship to your country and for a shipping estimate.

New Zealand

- Estimated delivery time is 5-8 business days after dispatch depending on location.

Hong Kong & Malaysia

- Estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days after dispatch depending on location.

United Kingdom

- Estimated delivery time is 7-12 business days after dispatch depending on location.


- Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland & more
- Estimated delivery time is 7-12 business days after dispatch depending on location.
- Please note to the constant changing COVID-19 situation, we may restrict shipping to some European countries from time to time. If your country is not available at checkout, please email and the team can further advise the status of this country.


Customs/Tax and Currency

Please note: We are unable to calculate local customs and sales tax with all international deliveries. You will be notified by your local customs authority once your order has reached your country.
They will accurately calculate the total amount of customs and sales tax which is to be paid before you may receive your goods.
The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer.
All purchased delivered within Australia include 10% GST and exempt from further taxes and custom duties.
All international purchases are exempt from Australian taxes; however they may incur taxes and duties by customs in the country where the order is delivered.
All prices listed are in Australia Dollars (AUD). The conversion rate varies from day to day with the current exchange rate and many banks also charge a small currency conversion fee.
The final charge made to your card is made in Australian Dollars and the ultimate conversion rate is determined by your bank or credit provider.
Please note; to comply with Australian export regulations; we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise".
We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a "gift", even if the order is placed with that intention.

If for any reason your items purchased are sold out, we will notify you by email as soon as possible and you can either receive an immediate refund or back order if available.
